**THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for an **Apprentice Coordinator** to join our Engineering team at our Witney site. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing the ADC Witney Engineering Apprenticeship Programme, supporting apprentices and stakeholders across Engineering and Facilities, and ensuring the effective use of the Apprenticeship Levy.

+ Manage the Apprenticeship Levy, tracking costs, progress, and compliance with the 20% off-the-job training requirement.
+ Design and implement onboarding programmes, including IT and uniform setup.

+ Conduct regular 1:1s and reviews with apprentices, offering pastoral and academic support.
+ Attend provider meetings and deliver weekly progress reports.
