Essential: Prior experience teaching Biology at KS5 or applications from strong ECTs or postgraduates would also be warmly considered. Full support would be provided for the ECT Induction.
Desired: Experience teaching Biology at A level and the ability to offer Chemistry would be a bonus; however, this is certainly not essential.
