Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (Weekend working required during special events every one to two months. You will also be required to attend week night networking meals out, so some flexibility needed)

Based in the Chelmsford location they are on the lookout for Sales professionals with personality. This role is all about building rapport, relationships and trust with your clients and looking for solutions to their coaching needs.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Business Coaching Events Sales Executive :
- You will be helping facilitate and run training and coaching events and networking face to face with clients throughout the event. li>Effectively managing the customer through the entire event including; initial meeting, building rapport, qualification of needs, solution presentation, sales closing and follow ups.
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers/clients and businesses to ensure repeat business.
- Updating CRM’s and following up leads during downtime via telephone and video calls. This is key to increasing your income on top of the sales made at the events themselves.
Your Background & Skill:
- Ability to empathise with business owners and establish their pains and needs when growing their business.
- Proven ability to follow a sales process and over achieve on targets.
- You need passion, confidence, drive, energy, talent and character.
- You must be well presented with a desire and attitude to succeed.
- You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face to face or over the phone.

PAYE rates are as below:

Your Time at Work
As an HGV 1 driver, the work will involve Depot Delivery and collection work, trunking trailers between local and national RDC's.
In return for your commitment, we can offer regular shifts Monday - Friday with the option of a 6th shift on Sundays.
On occasion, you may be requested to:
- Drive a Class 2 (rigid) vehicle
- Double Mann runs (optional)
- Nights Out (optional)
Our Perfect Worker
Will be flexible to work 2 hours either side of the preferred start time window and be able to commit to a rota in advance.
As an HGV 1 driver, you will ideally have:
- Newly passed drivers are encouraged to apply with upskilling available
- No more than 6 points
- Digi and DQC cards
