We are seeking a E-Commerce Manager - TikTok Shop!

Be our first operator in the EU.

Build, lead, and scale TikTok Shop in Europe!

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Trading & Operations Lead to launch and grow our TikTok Shop presence across the UK and Europe.

This is a founding hire – you'll take the reins on daily shop trading, optimise operations, and eventually build the local team as we scale into additional EU markets.


Responsibilities


  • Own trading & performance for TikTok Shop UK & EU: test offers, adjust pins, apply urgency tactics to drive conversion.
  • Lead end-to-end shop ops: product listings, Seller Center, promos/vouchers, and coordination with livestream studios.
  • Drive continuous improvement: triage issues, refine processes, and spot growth opportunities.
  • Track performance: build live dashboards, share weekly trade recaps with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Merchandising, Finance, Content, and Fulfilment teams.
  • Scale operations: help transition ownership from China to the UK, then expand into other EU-language markets.


Required Qualifications


  • 3–4 years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience – brand or agency side.
  • Proven ecommerce trading skills – promos, flash sales, and other live commerce levers.
  • Strong Seller Center knowledge and comfort navigating platform tools.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, creators, and user behavior .
  • Data-first mindset: comfortable interpreting CTR, CVR, AOV, and GMV to drive smart optimizations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative across multiple workstreams.
  • Culturally curious: able to spot and adapt to local customer behaviors across European markets.
  • Strong collaboration skills with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver a consistent, high-converting brand presence on Amazon
