The Opportunity
Were seeking a highly skilled hands:on electronics engineer to take ownership of complex design tasks and deliver reliable solutions in challenging, safety:critical environments. This role requires expertise in electronic circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout oversight, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electronic circuits, including digital, analogue, and power systems.
- Produce high:quality design documentation, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory and environmental standards.
- Support system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic systems.
- Apply robust engineering practices to meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in hands:on electronics design from concept through to validation.
- Strong knowledge of multi:layer PCB design and high:integrity electronic systems.
- Familiarity with EMC, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
- Ability to work effectively on:site when required and collaborate within secure project environments.

In this role, you will be designing PCB layouts, along with reading PCB schematic drawings in order to fault find on existing products. This role also involves occasional visits to clients and other company sites, therefore a driving license is required. The standard working hours are 09:00-16:45 Monday-Friday, however there is also the option to work 08:00-16:45 Monday-Thursday and 08:00-12:00 on Friday.
