What you will do

  • Develop new features and subsystems from first concept to full production.
  • Write embedded firmware in C (and optionally Rust) for STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi Compute Modules, and NXP i.MX platforms.
  • Support hardware design with schematic capture, layout review, and hands-on prototyping.
  • Build scalable test tools in Python, C#, and other languages to validate designs and support production.

We have an opportunity for an Electronic Systems Designer to join The Cadillac Formula 1® Team at Silverstone. In this role you will be responsible for the design of on and off-car electrical and electronic systems. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team.
