The purpose of the role is to support the Farm Manager in the day-to-day operations of all Farm enterprises.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week/rota over. *Additionalhours may be available in our onsite adults residential homes, through our internal bank staff facility.*

Essential Criteria
Level 2 in agricultureORIn the case where this qualification is not held, 3 yearsrelevant experience in a farming or agricultural setting
Basic numeracy and literacy skill
Tractor driving on Farm. (minimum of2 years)
Working with livestock. (minimum of 2years)
DesirableCriteria
Trailer licence
Lantracertificate of competence, Tractor and Loader
Forklift licence
Experience of working with a team
Experience of working with beef suckler herd
Animal Husbandry, calving experience
Agricultural fencing work/repair.
