Responsibilities
As a Graduate Business Analyst, you would instantaneously become a pivotal resource onsite for one of our clients, collaborating closely with senior staff and working end-to-end on a project lifecycle. Your role is crucial in contributing to nationwide Change and IT project success; it’s dynamic, exciting, and no week is similar to the last.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with IT professionals to ensure successful project implementation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analyst processes.
Requirements
- This role is hybrid but does require a full driving licence and the ability to drive into the office when needed
- Possession of an undergraduate degree
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Strong soft skills, excellent communication abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent)
