The Role:
- Support pupils in the classroom, including 1:1 and small group interventions
- Assist children with additional needs (SEN) and behavioural challenges
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support learning and development
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Observe and report on pupil progress and wellbeing
- A recent Psychology graduate (or final year student)

- Patient, empathetic, and confident working with children aged 4-11
- A team player with strong communication skills
