**Key skills**

+ Profound experience with PASE, Linux, Ansible, Python, Git
+ Knowledge of HTTPS/IWS integration with APIs on the IBM i platform at a high competency level alongside SQL

+ Good knowledge and exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Elastic and at least working understanding of OTEL

Demonstrable production experience with AI Foundry Orchestration, LangChain, OneReach.ai or similar AI orchestration frameworks. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimising RAG-based systems, including vector databases, APIs or MCP. Proficient in tools for tracking experiments, managing models, and maintaining reproducibility. Good understanding of conversational AI evaluation , with the ability to run and interpret tests that improve recall, precision, and F1-score, and balance these metrics for optimal customer experience.
