Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and resolve support requests from users.
  • Manage IT assets and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Monitor system health and optimise performance.
  • Deploy updates, fixes, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Automate tasks including reporting and visualisation.
  • Support new and existing IT deployments and integrations.
  • Provide second-line technical support and build tools to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with teams for documentation and requirements gathering.
  • Promote a problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach.

Technical Skills

Essential:

  • Linux SysAdmin (RHCSA)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

  • Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)

Desirable:

  • Basic database administration (MySQL, MSSQL, Postgres, etc.)
  • AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFormation)
  • CI/CD tools (Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
