We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager who will report to the Head of Business Insights. This challenging and pivotal role is responsible for proactively providing analysis and creating compelling insights that drive key business decisions and business growth.
This means, ensuring data integrity at all times, responding quickly, being agile to respond to the business needs and supporting the delivery of effective reporting tools to improve performance.
Main tasks:
Data Analysis:
● Work with stakeholders across the organisation globally, to understand priorities and business challenges and conduct advanced analytics (planned or adhoc requests) using the available data to support them.
● Use SQL, BigQuery, Excel to prepare and analyse large and complex datasets.
● Develop predictive analytic models to support planning and fully realise emerging customer and industry opportunities.
● Be an analytics subject matter expert, build knowledge about existing and emergingtechnologies and techniques in the data-science area.
Reporting:
● Work with our Data Platform team and others to define the Business Insights data and technical requirements in the short, medium and long term.
● Measure global performance based on the demands from key stakeholders by working in conjunction with the Data Platform team to:
○ Prepare QVDs
○ Develop proof of concept (POC) reports and once approved push them into production
○ Exploit tools (including Qlik, Google Data Studio and others) to provide advanced analytics and data visualisation
Insights:
● Provide insight into complex relationships, trends and patterns in data to meet the needs of stakeholders.
● Based on the data analysis conducted, present findings clearly and concisely with actionable visual insights to senior stakeholders to influence decision making.
● Utilise previous trends and predictive analytic models that you develop to provide future based insights.
Requirements
● +3 years of data analytics and insights experience in large matrixed organisations.
● Hold relevant data analytics and insights degree or equivalent qualification/s.
● Highly numerate with excellent data manipulation and analytical skills.
● Proven ability to successfully influence others and support change through projects.
● Naturally curious and questioning insight professional who has the ability to cut through the data to identify what is most important for the decision making process.
● Be able to turn data into insights and present it clearly and concisely in a highly visual but easy to understand way.
● Advanced level of Google sheets / MS Excel and intermediate competence in Google Applications (Drive, Word, Slides) or Microsoft Office equivalent
● Proficient in SQL / Big Query and data visualisation tools such as Qliksense, Google Data Studio (or equivalent)

About The Role:
You will play a critical role in evolving the Data & Insight team and will help shape how we grow our function, interact with the business and manage our projects.

- Analysis of customer acquisition channels and retention behaviour, with a focus on performance optimization, channel attribution, and lifecycle KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn)
Reporting & Insight Delivery (20%)
- Develop dashboards, regular ‘Trade’ performance reports, and deep-dive analysis to support stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams. Translate findings into actions
Data Pipelines & Modelling (15%)
- Scope out and/or build and model marketing data pipelines, clean datasets, and well-defined KPIs in order to deliver projects
Advanced Analytics / Projects (15%)
- Build and maintain models for churn prediction, CLTV forecasting, customer segmentation, and lookalike targeting. Use outputs to drive personalization and targeting strategies
Experimentation & Testing (10%)

About You:
- Solid experience in a similar role within a high growth, eCommerce or fast paced consumer-facing business
- Expertise in acquisition and retention analytics with a strong understanding of attribution modelling, customer funnels and marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn)
- Expert knowledge and experience in SQL, DBT, Python and/or R for database manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Experience in discovering trends, analysis of complex datasets, and interpreting patterns to deliver insights and actions
- Skilled in data visualisation and storytelling using tools like ThoughtSpot and slide-based presentations
- Hands-on experience with experimentation design, and test measurement and analysis
