Looking for a flexible and impactful physiotherapy role in the NHS?
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our community reablement team at Hywel Dda University Healthboard, based at Withybush General Hospital, to make a real difference in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Based in the community so access to own vehicle essential. Completing assessments and interventions of patients within their homes to increase independence and reduce dependence on secondary domiciliary care.
Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for a Physiotherapist (Community) with:
- Physiotherapy degree (BSc) or diploma.
- HCPC Registration.
- Proven experience in community physiotherapy
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience.
- At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check.

About You
We are seeking a physiotherapist who is clinically excellent, empathetic, motivated, and proactive. You should demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills, alongside excellent communication and organisational abilities.
