Location: Huntingdon
Hours: 34 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
- Friday: 5 hours
- Saturday: 12 hours
- Sunday: 12 hours
- Monday: 5 hours

Our client specialises in high-quality, turnkey solutions in print, signage, and fabrication.
Your Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Production Operative to join our weekend shift team in our busy Print, Dye Sublimation, and Fabrication departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate large-format printers
- Interpret job specifications to ensure accurate setup and materials.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean working area.
- Prepare jobs for fabrication measuring, templating, and hand trimming.
- Finish products by welding, eyeleting, and completing quality inspections.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure jobs are completed to spec and on schedule.
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For Experience & Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience within a Manufacturing or Production environment
- Willing to learn attitude
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with MIS systems and basic IT skills.
- Team player with great communication skills.
- Flexible, dependable, and willing to work overtime if required.

The role is newly created because of growth and will be a permanent weekends shift. Within the role you will be managing a small team who make handmade premium food products on a large scale. We are looking for a strong leader, who is used to working in a fast-paced food environment and who prides themselves on their ability to lead and mentor a team whilst also being very hands on
The Production Supervisor role will involve:
·Leading and motivating a team of up to 8
·Ensuring daily production targets are met without compromising quality.
·Managing task delegation and real-time problem solving.
·Attending regular Teams meetings with the client to discuss production performance and address any issues.
·Maintaining exacting standards of cleanliness, organisation and food hygiene
·Monitoring compliance with food safety procedures and company policies.
Production Supervisor Skills / Experience Required
·Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment.
·Strong organisational skills.
·A hands-on approach - you will be part of the team, not just overseeing it.
·Experience working to targets in a fast-paced setting.
