This is an on-site based permanent role working Friday to Monday 06.30am to 430pm . This role also includes a Competitive salary plus an excellent bonus package such as;

This is an instrumental role as a Demand Planner that will see you creating and maintaining forecast models for products and customers by ensuring business intelligence and forecast information is gathered from various departments. You will also liaise with retailers and customers for general demands and promotional plans
Experience and skills required for a Demand Planner:
- Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and systems
- Experience of constraint planning and scheduling within food manufacturing
- Previous planning or scheduling experience
- Data and statistical analysis
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience required:
- Build and manage short-term forecasts (weeks 0–5), ensuring accuracy
- Analyse sales trends, demand drivers, and promotions to improve forecast reliability.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and retailers to align demand planning.
- Coordinate seasonal, promotional, and new product (NPD) planning and evaluation.
- Create and publish KPIs, including forecast accuracy and promotional performance.
- · Support Production Planning and MRP alignment, providing cover when needed.

Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for autonomous working? You are in luck. This CNC Miller position is on day shift position working on a completely brand new 5 axis milling machine, with the option of moving onto a set shift pattern further down the line!
The Business;
The business are a precision machining business, supplying 5 axis parts into the motorsport and high-end automotive industry. They specialise in jig and fixture component machining, as well as assembly of these complex jigs. They have multiple sites, but this one is working from their Rowley Regis machine shop.
The role;
You will be working within a small team of machinists, working on brand new 5 Axis Matsuura milling machines, mainly machining different metallic materials from billet. The role is setting and operating the CNC mill, so the CAM program will be created offline and ready for you to run.
What is required;
- 5 Axis milling experience - Matsuura machine experience is desirable
- Fanuc control experience is an essential
- Knowledge of working to tight tolerances and one offs - small batch machining

We’re looking for experienced CNC Studer Grinders to join our motorsport clients expanding workforce as they continue to grow and expend their capacity to produce transmission parts to the companies extremely high quality standards.
We have the Friday to Sunday weekend shift available.
We also have a nightshift availabe
Weekends : Friday – Sunday 06:00 – 18:30 with 30 minute break. 25% Shift allowance premium.
Nights: Monday – Thursday, 19:00 – 06:00 with 1 hour unpaid break. 30% Shift allowance premium.
Day to Day
Your responsibilities will include:
- Program, set, operate and run both CNC Cylindrical (internal and external) and Manual Surface grinding machines, ideally Studer (CNC) and J&S (manual)
- Carry out programming and editing functions to produce high quality components to drawing specification and quality
- Create & save a comprehensive set up procedure document for work undertaken
- Store and maintain all tooling/gauging linked to the process
- Liaise with the Manufacturing Support Office to discuss manufacturing issues and label defective parts
- Carry out self-inspection when required, including the use of CMM and contour trace machines
- Complete all necessary job cards and associated documentation, pack in appropriate packaging and relocate to next operation
- Reliably record setting and production times using system current at the time
- To be able and willing to operate additional machines when required
- In this role, you will be working in a machine shop environment.
About You
We’re looking for people with the following skills:
- Expert knowledge of CNC Cylindrical (internal and external) and manual Surface Grinding, ideally Studer.
- Operating, setting and programming of CNC Grinding machines using Fanuc
- Good knowledge of speeds, feeds and work-holding, including three jaw chucks, magnetic chucks and grinding between centres
- A comprehensive understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
- Ability to self-inspect and buddy check parts to drawing
- A good working attitude
