- You will need to be a good role model.
- Experience of mentoring and inducting staff, supporting staff through supervisions and creating development plans is desirable.
- Previous experience as a support worker or team leader in a similar setting – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent Team Leader.
- An NVQ or equivalent qualification in health and social care and the care certificate, or be willing to work towards these.
