About the role
We are looking for an experienced Psychotherapist to join our developing Clinical Team based at Medway Green School.
In this exciting role, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment, and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs.
You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable and healthy. Undertaking all aspects of Psychotherapy clinical duties, you will adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines, carrying out specialist individual assessments and interventions, and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. A significant element of this role will be working alongside the onsite clinical team to continue to develop the clinical service provision, including providing support and training to staff and parents.
Our well-established multidisciplinary Clinical Team maintain a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do. Essential Criteria:
- Evidence of recognised professional qualification as Psychotherapist, either Level 7 (e.g. Master’s degree) or above OR Level 6 relevant degree alongside relevant therapeutic diploma/s and experience of working with relevant client group and using relevant methods of service delivery.
- Registered member of one or more of the following bodies: HCPC, BACP, BABCP, PTUK, NCPC, UKCP
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of working with people with neurodivergence and/or complex needs (e.g., complex trauma, neurodevelopmental differences, mental health needs)
- Ability to work independently as agreed under supervision
- Experience of multi-professional work teams or services within designated speciality
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting

The successful candidate will be looking to start studying or currently studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA). We’re looking for someone who has experience in financial accounting and consolidation background. This is a great role for someone who has a passion and understanding for financial and management reporting, financial reporting systems and data analysis. Previous experience of navigating SAP/BPC or any other consolidation reporting system is preferred, however full training will be provided. You will be dealing with stakeholders at all levels across the wider international business so you must be confident communicating with a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
