You’ll manage training calendars, coordinate events with training providers and venues, and handle administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders and managing invoices. Location: Ryde area, Isle of Wight
Hours: 9am - 5pm ( must be flexible to work up to 6.45pm, with time off in lieu on the odd occasion), 37.5 hours per week
Days: Monday - Sunday on a rota basis ( only one day worked at the weekend if rotaed on)

Assisting all departments with stock ordering, raising purchase order numbers and liaising with suppliers,
Writing and replying to correspondence, and email,
Telephone duties, customer services and provision of information, including reception, front of house duties when required,
Assisting with booking and arranging customers special or additional requirements,
Filing, scanning and updating in house database.
Experience:
Must have a strong background of administrative experience and a good level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems.
Must be able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team within a busy environment and have the ability to communicate with people of all levels.
Must be flexible with working hours when necessary.
Own transport is essential due to the location.
Salary: £12.50 per hour worked

We are searching for a highly organised individual who can prioritise their workload, effectively working across the various teams within this business to ensure operational efficiency. This position will predominantly be working with the Site Services team, using data to generate quotes for live jobs, liaising with site teams for updates on live job progress and assisting the manufacturing team with ordering of raw materials.
It is essential that candidates are comfortable with basic IT systems, especially MS Excel as this will be your most used software.

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! A large and well-established company based in Hainault, are looking for an Administrator to join their busy Service Team. Full training will be provided, and you will have constant help and support from your manager and the wider team
Duties
Liaise with a team of 50 engineers regarding their paperwork on completion of their jobs daily.
Upload paperwork on the portal daily.
Chase for outstanding paperwork when necessary.
Track and update documentation received on Excel.
Liaise with clients and attend virtual client meetings.
File documentation received.
Utilise Excel extensively to produce reports, update, and track information.
The ideal candidate
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and clients.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking.
A proactive and self-motivated individual who can prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
