**About the role:**
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Communications Coordinator** to join the Non-Nuclear Engineering Partnership (NNEP) Framework within our Defence and Asset Solutions division. We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative professional to join our team as a Communications Coordinator. As a Communications Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering effective communications to maximise stakeholder engagement on the NNEP Framework and across Defence & Asset Solutions (where necessary).
The role will be hybrid but with visits to Theale & our sites.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead strategic internal and external communications across the Framework, ensuring alignment with both client and parent company messaging
+ Develop and implement the NNEP Framework communications strategy annually
+ Collate and distribute the NNEP Framework weekly newsletter
+ Coordinate hybrid town halls and events, collating together information from the L1 team and pulling the final slide deck together
+ Provide support to NNEP Leadership Team in distributing key messages across the Framework, e.g. Health &Safety/Quality updates and any other Framework-wide messages
+ Maintain up-to-date digital channels including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, ensuring ease of access to key information and resources
+ Create event posters and invitations related to NNEP Framework-wide events to be distributed via the Framework distribution list and on sites.
+ Provide support to the Defence & Asset Solutions Communications Lead in the collation and distribution of the D&AS monthly newsletters.
**Qualifications:**
+ BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
+ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Premier Pro, Photoshop).
+ Event organisation, marketing and management.
+ Presentation skills.
+ Time management and workload prioritisation.
+ Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills.
+ Strong organisation skills and detail-oriented.
+ Conversant with MS Office.
**Security Requirements** - This role requires the successful candidate to meet relevant security clearance standards. You'll need to have, or be eligible to obtain, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and either Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
