While experience in the construction sector is advantageous, it’s not essential. We’re seeking someone who excels at designing engaging, high-quality curriculum content that delivers real-world impact. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to create and enhance apprenticeship, HTQ, and commercial learning programmes that meet industry needs and drive workforce development.
In this role, you’ll develop innovative and dynamic content using digital tools and immersive learning technologies. You’ll join a high-performing team committed to producing impactful content that supports professional development nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging curriculum modules for Levels 2–5 apprenticeships, HTQs, and commercial courses. li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, interactive content.
- Research and integrate innovative digital and immersive learning tools.
- Produce interactive e-learning and face-to-face materials to meet learning outcomes.
- Continuously improve workshop and programme content for remote and in-person delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date programme guides, templates, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all content meets ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
- Create targeted further learning resources and reading lists for modules.
- Ensure Personal Development, Behaviour and Attitudes, and Off-The-Job Hours requirements are met.
- Keep content current, relevant, and aligned with industry trends.
- Collaborate across internal teams (curriculum, assessment, marketing, delivery).
- Support administrative processes and meet agreed deadlines.
- Uphold quality and compliance standards across all materials.
- Apply project management skills to deliver content on time.
- Contribute ideas to enhance programme design and learner engagement.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience developing educational/training content (Levels 2–5). < i>Knowledge of FE and Skills sector requirements.
- Understanding of digital tools, data, and technology for learning.
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Experience delivering training.
Desirable:
- Teaching/coaching or internal verifier qualifications.
- Experience with VR/AR learning platforms.
