Edgewell Europe is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to support its strategic growth by delivering advanced analytical solutions that drive commercial success. Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, this role will empower key stakeholders with actionable insights, enhance decision-making through robust models, and foster a data-driven culture across European operations.

**Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?**
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in tools like Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform, along with a solid understanding of FMCG commercial processes and data science methods. Experience across European markets and fluency in English are essential, with additional languages considered a plus. We're looking for someone with experience ideally gained within an FMCG or Personal Care business.
While your experience is of course important, we're all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
Here's what we are looking for:
+ Proven experience in Data & Analytics, ideally within Consumer Goods or Retail.
+ Demonstrated agile and collaborative approach, with the ability to efficiently manage projects, implement change, and foster continuous learning.
+ Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
+ Solid grasp of commercial processes and financials (e.g. P&L) in FMCG environments.
+ Excellent analytical skills with a track record of turning insights into action.
+ Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX and no-code ETL tools.
+ Familiar with data lakes (e.g. Snowflake), and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
+ Strong understanding of data science methods (e.g. regression, ML, AI) applied in FMCG.
+ Experienced with syndicated (e.g. Nielsen, Circana), panel (e.g. Homescan), EPOS, and e-commerce data (e.g. Flywheel).
+ Experience with TPM/TPO systems for trade and promotional management an advantage.
+ Commercially minded, innovative, and results driven.
+ Experience working across European markets is a plus.
+ Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Data Analytics Manager - London offices | Hybrid (1-2 days WFH)nThis is a Senior opportunity for an experienced Data Analytics and Business Intelligence professional to take ownership of building and leading the Data Analytics & BI function within a growing organisation. This will be a new role, building on a small team and growing out the analytics and BI to support future growth.nThe Data Insights Manager will work closely with several internal business units, including marketing and sales, to establish the strategy and roadmap to drive analytics and BI maturity across the business. This person will be hands-on, alongside a small team, in replacing legacy reporting, creating dashboards and building out CRM’s and Data sets using Microsoft based technologies.nEngaging senior stakeholders across various departments is key, using the data to support data driven decision making and improve business growth and sales.nResponsibilities

Experience designing, leading and delivering Data Insight, Analytics and BI strategiesnStrong understanding of Microsoft data products, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, SQLnA background in working with cross-departmental teams translating complex data into clear, actionable insightsnExperience of regulated data environments; Financial services, Professional services or similarnQualifications
