The Role

As a Design Manager, you will be a senior member of the team and will be required to support the Associate Director, who leads the MEPHFC team. You will lead and manage Engineers and be responsible for the production and delivery of MEPHFC designs. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing a clear vision and team direction by leading a high-performing team through the effective management, development and empowerment of staff
• Manage internal and external resources to produce outputs/deliverables in line with contract requirements and client expectations

• Proven capability in managing design for rail projects, especially in multi-disciplinary environments
