We are seeking a Creative Director to lead and manage a 60-person workplace interiors team within a major UK design practice. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Directly lead and oversee a 60-person workplace interiors team including senior designers, associates, and junior staff.

Experience
- 15+ years of experience in interior design/architecture, with a strong background in workplace projects .

- Experience with business development, pitches, and client presentations.
