WHAT YOU’LL DO
Digital Marketing Strategy:- Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives revenue growth.
- Oversee all digital channels, including website, SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and automation.
- Lead the development of the digital marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive lead generation and customer retention.
- Own and scale the global growth marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Lead and optimize demand generation efforts through digital channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Oversee growth experiments and A/B testing across marketing channels to improve performance and efficiency.
- Drive full-funnel marketing efforts to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall LTV/CAC ratios.
- Define key KPIs and metrics to track marketing performance, measuring the success of campaigns and continuously optimizing them for better outcomes.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign performance, translating these insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Develop performance dashboards to provide regular updates to leadership on campaign ROI, lead conversion, and funnel efficiency.
- Lead the strategy and execution of global campaigns, adapting messaging and approach to different regions to ensure relevance and impact.

- Build strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful delivery of key digital initiatives.

- Oversee the management and optimization of our website to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Drive the company’s content strategy to enhance thought leadership, brand visibility, and engagement across various digital channels.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage the company’s marketing technology stack to support automation, personalization, and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually innovate and improve the company’s digital marketing efforts.
- Explore and test emerging digital marketing channels and technologies that can enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth roles within a SaaS B2B environment, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies and growth experiments.
- Extensive experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, account-based marketing (ABM), SEO/SEM , and paid media .
- Strong knowledge of growth marketing tactics , including funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience managing a global team with a deep understanding of regional nuances in digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking , with experience in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo , or equivalent CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Expertise in marketing technologies and a proven ability to build a scalable, automated growth engine.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation, along with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Main duties:
- Develop and manage engaging content and campaigns across social media platforms (both organic and paid)
- Write and publish blog articles to support content marketing goals
- Create and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand messaging
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyse performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights
- Assist with broader marketing activities, including event coordination, PR efforts, and design projects
About you:
