A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Drive and implement the content strategy, excellence and execution across Brand Channels, including building and approving and scheduling content calendars, specific to each brand channel/platform, in line with the Brands TOV and DMI guidelines.
- Content creation including trends, campaign activations, BTS, launch events, NPD & Hero moments – being disruptive and agile, whilst always approaching with a platform-first mindset. Utilising influencer content, via both in-house and the agency partners.
- Responsible for briefing content needs, organizing and collaborating on shoots and working alongside the key stakeholders to feedback on local content creation.
- Working closely with the Global team to integrate global content and provide feedback on UK needs and best practice.
- Working with the CMO team, to identify specific channel strategy growth (TikTok shop, Amazon etc.) & building in SEO to drive searchable content. Harnessing content that drives conversion and maximising brand events via social content opportunities.
- Utilising Consumer Insights, to build content briefs and drive local relevancy, across the various brand social touchpoints.
- Working closely with Community stakeholders to nurture & grow audience & build content around consumers needs & wants.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with brand Agency partners and nurture a strong, collaborative partnership.
- Monthly and/or Weekly reporting of key KPIs sharing learnings of what is driving performance. Sharing results of key campaigns or activations with the wider business. Presenting results and learnings in key forums with senior management. Responsible for meeting key KPI’s in channel growth as well as overarching brand SOI targets, including; views, engagements & mentions.
- Analyse the ROI of associated activations.
