The Consumer Campaign Lead (consumer – retail & gaming) , will drive the development and execution of direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across EMEA, with a strong focus on gaming, AI PCs, and enthusiast product portfolios. This role is responsible for delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive product preference, and generate demand across diverse markets.
Working closely with internal teams, retail partners, and external agencies, the Consumer Campaign Lead ensures campaigns are locally relevant, culturally resonant, and consistently executed. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead development and execution of direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across EMEA markets.
- Collaborate with planning and creative teams to build integrated campaign strategies tailored to regional and country-level requirements.
- Manage multi-channel activations including offline/online media, social media, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
- Adapt and articulate product positioning and messaging for local audiences and cultural nuances.
- Work with internal teams to align campaign outcomes to KPIs linked to brand growth, demand generation, and revenue impact.
Stakeholder Management & Partnerships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, regional leads) and external partners (OEMs, ODMs, retailers, agencies).
- Support co-marketing initiatives with retail and channel partners, amplifying direct-to-consumer plans.
- Drive alignment across teams, budgets, and timelines to deliver seamless execution.
Market Intelligence & Performance
- Work with planning to analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain and optimise marketing reporting, tracking KPIs such as share of voice, brand preference, digital engagement, and demand contribution.
- Report on campaign performance against pipeline influence and revenue attribution metrics.
- Alongside planning teams, provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign ROI and business impact.
- Manage campaign budget allocations and financial tracking.
Special Focus Areas
- Lead gaming-focused campaigns, including retail activations, sponsorships, and influencer-driven initiatives.
- Partner with retail and channel sales teams to connect consumer campaigns with sell-through opportunities.
- Coordinate participation in gaming trade shows, retail events, and industry activations.
- Working with internal teams to provide product and market expertise to support channel and field marketing teams.
- Manage agencies and ensure regional execution consistency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consumer marketing campaign management ideally within tech, gaming, or consumer electronics.
- Strong background in multi-channel marketing and digital-first strategies.
- Experience driving both brand awareness and measurable demand/revenue impact.
- Ability to adapt campaigns for regional/local market requirements across EMEA.
- Hands-on experience with budget management, agency oversight, and media activations.
- Knowledge of gaming, PC hardware, or enthusiast markets preferred.
