The Consumer Campaign Lead (consumer – retail & gaming) , will drive the development and execution of direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across EMEA, with a strong focus on gaming, AI PCs, and enthusiast product portfolios. This role is responsible for delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive product preference, and generate demand across diverse markets.

Working closely with internal teams, retail partners, and external agencies, the Consumer Campaign Lead ensures campaigns are locally relevant, culturally resonant, and consistently executed. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead development and execution of direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across EMEA markets.
  • Collaborate with planning and creative teams to build integrated campaign strategies tailored to regional and country-level requirements.
  • Manage multi-channel activations including offline/online media, social media, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
  • Adapt and articulate product positioning and messaging for local audiences and cultural nuances.
  • Work with internal teams to align campaign outcomes to KPIs linked to brand growth, demand generation, and revenue impact.

Stakeholder Management & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, regional leads) and external partners (OEMs, ODMs, retailers, agencies).

  • Drive alignment across teams, budgets, and timelines to deliver seamless execution.

Market Intelligence & Performance

  • Work with planning to analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimise marketing reporting, tracking KPIs such as share of voice, brand preference, digital engagement, and demand contribution.
  • Report on campaign performance against pipeline influence and revenue attribution metrics.
  • Alongside planning teams, provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign ROI and business impact.
  • Manage campaign budget allocations and financial tracking.

Special Focus Areas

  • Lead gaming-focused campaigns, including retail activations, sponsorships, and influencer-driven initiatives.

Requirements

  • Define and maintain the overall animation vision and style for game projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of animators, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality character, facial, and environmental animations.
  • Collaborate closely with game designers, art directors, and narrative teams to translate game concepts into compelling visual experiences.
  • Develop and implement animation pipelines, workflows, and best practices.
  • Ensure animation quality, performance, and consistency throughout the development process.
  • Direct the creation of keyframes, motion capture sessions, and in-game cinematics.
  • Review and approve animation assets, ensuring they meet project requirements and artistic standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related technical issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in game animation.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of new animation talent.
  • Manage the animation schedule and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Champion innovative animation techniques and approaches.
  • Provide clear artistic direction for voice acting and performance capture sessions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of animations into the game engine.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in game animation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial role.
  • Proven track record of directing animation for AAA or significant indie game titles.
  • Exceptional understanding of animation principles, cinematography, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender) and game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
  • Strong artistic foundation and a keen eye for detail, form, and motion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to provide clear and actionable feedback to animators.
  • Experience with motion capture technology and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of character rigging and its impact on animation.
  • Portfolio showcasing outstanding animation work and directorial contributions is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
