Salary- £30,000 - £34,000

Location - Sunbury-on-Thames

Working hours - Hybrid 2 days per week - Mon-Thu 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 3pm early finish (38.5 hours)

My client is seeking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to focus on their graphic design and product marketing.

Your role will support the brand consistency to create the maximum impact amongst all campaigns and product launches.

We are looking for candidates with a strong Adobe background within a marketing role for 1 years +.

Responsibilities

Product Launches

Manage a product launch from initial request to execution which includes creation of assets, keeping track of translations, accurate localisation and regular communication with stakeholders throughout the process.

Create and localise a variety of assets including setup sheets, banners, emailers, HTML content, social media posts, comparison tables and product videos, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.

Work with a product syndication vendor to ensure content delivered to and displayed is correct and relevant.

Artwork creation

Fulfil ad-hoc creative requests, including banner resizing, email creation, event-related graphics, or other artwork localisations ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Design and deliver both static and short form video social media assets that align with the content calendar and support the objectives of the digital and social media teams.

Coordinate and support regular photoshoots, including new employee photos and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with brand standards.

Project management

Accurately maintain all product launch assets i.e. Set up sheets and other launch assets as necessary, ensuring they are kept up to date when products got EOL.

Execute external email communications to our B2B, B2C, PR and Channel audiences outside of product launch comms using an email deployment tool in multiple languages.

Project manage creative project requests using a tool called Asana, ensuring projects are kept up to date and delivered on time and ensuring assets are accurate.

Experience

Experience in graphic design, HTML coding, video animation, photography and editing.

Knowledge of AI tools to help with design and admin aspects of this role.

Background in Marketing and graphic design (1+ years’ experience)

Experience in project management and running multiple projects at a time.

Skills

Good creativity/graphic design skills and knowledge of latest AI trends.

Use of Adobe Creative Suite - (Premiere, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience of using Excel, Word and PowerPoint to an intermediate level.

Experience of using CMS tools, DAM platforms and internal systems and databases.

Strong project management and communications skills are necessary for this role.

This role requires good attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable : Experience working with email deployment tools.

Education

Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.

Desirable : CIM qualified (Advanced Certificate or higher) or studying for a CIM

  • Leading creative across the brand: Campaigns, launches, content, paid, CRM, internal comms; you’ll help shape how we visually present ourselves, wherever we show up. This will include 360 creative across TV, OOH, Digital, and Social.
  • Being hands-on in the creative process: This is a role for someone who still loves getting into the tools and the craft. Whether it's refining a design, perfecting motion graphics, or sketching out initial concepts, you’ll actively create and execute alongside your team.
  • Managing and mentoring the creative team: Designers, motion designers, and visual artists; you’ll set direction, build design capabilities, and help them produce the best work of their careers, all while still rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in the design process.
  • Being the go-to for big briefs: You’ll lead on our major campaigns and cross-functional projects, from concept through to final delivery, ensuring they’re beautifully executed with a strong visual impact.
  • Championing creative consistency: Across all touchpoints, you’ll help maintain and evolve a brand that feels cohesive, modern, and scalable, driving design innovation.
  • Understanding the nuances of each platform: You’ll know when something requires exceptional craft to elevate the brand, and when something should feel more platform-native to drive attention, engagement, and clicks.
  • Collaborating across the business: You’ll work closely with brand, marketing, product, and performance teams to ensure design thinking is embedded throughout the customer journey and brand experience.
  • Keeping it digital-first: You understand the nuances of digital design for paid social, email, web, and performance design; and how to adapt great design to every format. Building the connection between our product (app) and marketing.
About you:
    • 7+ years’ experience in a creative design role, with time spent leading design teams in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
    • A potfolio that demonstrates sharp design thinking across campaigns, content, and digital channels, with a focus on innovative visual solutions.
    • Proven experience leading in-house design teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful, cohesive brand visuals.
    • Strong creative instincts with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and calm to a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
    • A hands-on leader; just as comfortable crafting the work as you are guiding others and refining creative output.
    • A passion for design-driven brand-building, with a strong visual eye and a strategic mindset.

Job Title – Lecturer in Creative Industries Management and Design (Part Time) Reports to – Dean of Arts and Design Location – London Salary Range - £44,000 (pro-rata) Hours - As specified in the individual contract Overview: As a Lecturer at the Victoria College of Arts & Design, you are expected to play a key role in delivering, maintaining, and continuously enhancing the high standards of teaching, mentoring, and academic support that we aim to provide for our students. You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and assessing undergraduate and / or postgraduate modules and programmes. You will primarily teach across the Business & Management for Creatives Certificate of Higher Education although there may be opportunities to teach on any of our creative courses as business needs require. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering and maintaining Creative Business and Arts and Design curriculum, validated by Arts University Plymouth (AUP), our Higher Education Partner. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teaching and Module Delivery: Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality, student-centred lectures, seminars, tutorials, and workshops for assigned modules. Utilise a range of best-practice teaching methods to support various learning styles, fostering engagement and inclusivity. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of subject areas, ensuring course content is relevant, current, and aligned with contemporary industry practice and research insight. 2. Assessment and Feedback: Design, manage and assess formative and summative coursework assignments, ensuring flexibility, fairness, transparency, and relevance. Provide succinct, constructive, coherent and timely feedback to students, using written, recorded or written media, designed to aid students in their academic reflection, progress and development of core skills. Ensure that grading and feedback is in line with best practice and standards across the English Higher Education sector. 3. Student Support and Guidance: Act as an academic advisor and mentor to students, providing guidance on academic matters and supporting their professional aspirations. Organise and participate in student engagement activities and additional, non-curricular, learning and academic integrity support sessions. Address individual student needs, such as reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities, and refer to appropriate support services as necessary. 4. Curriculum and Module Development: Work collaboratively with faculty, management, students and external stakeholders to develop, modify and enhance curricula so that it always reflects contemporary industry and academic trends. As appropriate, devise, design, manage and deliver the continuous improvement of teaching resources, such as updating reading lists, case studies, practical equipment, practical exercises, and online learning content. Participate, as appropriate and when requested, in all Academic Development Committees including curriculum review committees, considering such things as the development of new and revised programmes. 5. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Adhere to all VCAD and Partner institution policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards. Engage in peer review processes to improve and share good practices across teaching methods. Participate in teaching observation and evaluation processes to ensure good quality support, development and enhancement of teaching practice across faculty. 6. Professional Development: Participate in professional development activities, keeping abreast of innovations and developments within the field of higher education teaching and learning and regulatory requirements. 7. Administrative and Departmental Responsibilities: Undertake, as required, administrative duties related to teaching, timetable management, module coordination, course management, marking, grading and other associated administrative tasks concerned with the efficient running of the Board, as well as any other appropriate duties reasonably requested by your line manager, including attendance and participation in departmental meetings. Actively contribute to departmental goals and participate in activities such as open days, student recruitment, induction events, knowledge transfer and other outreach work. Support VCAD initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion efforts, digital learning, and community collaboration. 8. Staff Management Responsibilities Holders of any Lecturer post may have line management responsibilities as per their various and occasional non-substantive role, such as module or programme leader. These roles will be recognised through such procedures as remission of teaching hours or honorarium payments and will be reasonably negotiated with the Academic Dean and VCAD Director and in keeping with established VCAD policy.
