What you’ll bring to the table : The Email Marketing Automation Specialist will play a key role working within the marketing team to support automation planning and execution, particularly as the client prepares to launch a new loyalty programme. You will be a specialist in marketing automation platforms and will build and implement the marketing automation and trigger plans for the loyalty scheme, alongside developing reporting around automated emails.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo (experience with Marketo is not essential)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with email marketing platforms
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting related to email automation
- Experience in strategy and planning for marketing automation campaigns
- Copywriting skills to support campaign communications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent AND Digital positively and build strong working relationships

The Marketing Automation Specialist is an essential member of the Digital Experience team who will be responsible for the creation of automated campaigns and management of the Marketo Platform. This role will be an individual contributor in the design and maintenance of our global lead generation backbone, Marketo, and related tools and systems. Reporting directly to the Demand Generation Leader of Digital and partnering with them to help design and execute successful programs/campaigns to build brand awareness, enable campaign innovation, define processes that help optimize the user experience, and develop programs to support successful stakeholder leverage of our marketing systems. **JOB DUTIES:**
+ Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis, list management, and lead processes for Salesforce.com.
+ Measure, analyze, report and optimize campaign conversion performance daily to ensure that the department hits it's KPIs
+ Monitor and consistently improve lead scoring and lead flow
+ Leverage third-party research to stay ahead of global industry trends related to digital demand generation and multi-channel marketing
+ Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
+ Create, update and implement templates and landing pages to support marketing activities
+ Ensure best practices are being adhered to for email marketing a
+ Provide support in reporting on KPI's across all territories

What would you do for us?
Marketing Automation and Lead Nurturing:
- Plan, develop, and execute automated marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, social media) to drive engagement and conversion across SSA Offices
- Segment audiences and optimize campaigns for increased effectiveness.

Duties
Strategy & Planning
