They are seeking an experienced Production Co-ordinator , someone who is responsible for planning and overseeing the smooth execution of production schedules. Working closely with the Workshop manager, design team, and site operations, this role ensures all products are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities include

• Plan project timelines and coordinate with design, sales and site teams
li>Produce daily and weekly production schedules in collaboration with the Workshop Manager
• Track and report on progress, workloads and delivery targets
• Manage production paperwork: job sheets, delivery notes, quality check lists etc.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for 
li>Maintain records of material usage, wastage and efficiency
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with logistics team or clients

Candidate requirements

• Experience in production coordination
• Excellent planning, communication and organisation skills

• Previous experience in a subcontractor or workshop-based environment would be an advantage

Our client, based near Bridlington, is expanding production within their busy FMCG operation and is seeking experienced Team Leaders/Production Supervisors to play a key role in supporting and driving day-to-day production activities

• Take full ownership and accountability for all aspects of performance, safety, hygiene, and quality within the production department.

• Maintain and support all aspects of hygiene standards and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure output targets are met.

• Lead and motivate a team of production operatives across shifts.

• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

Key areas of responsibility for the Production Supervisor will include:

• IDEAL NOT ESSENTIAL: Previous experience working within a Mechanical Assembly focused environment or role within any industry

Working Hours of the Production Supervisor:
38.5 Hours per week, spread across a regular day shift pattern:

• Monday to Thursday - 05:45 to 14:15
• Friday - 05:45 to 12:45
