PRODUCTION MANAGER
Production Managers are key members of Mountview’s Production department, which comprises both training and technical staff. Reporting to the Head of Production (Technical), the post holder is responsible for fulfilling the production management requirements of allocated productions, projects and events across the academic calendar, leading and supervising the work of in-house and freelance technical and stage management staff, and overseeing production requirements on-site and at external venues.
This is a role which would suit candidates with live theatre experience, including those with transferable skills in other production disciplines such as stage management.
In addition to the permanent role, we are also interested in hearing from freelance Production Managers with availability for the autumn and spring terms.
SALARY: £36,886 per annum.

CPU Manager required - A proven CPU Manager is required to head up the production team of a very successful business that is going thru a period of growth. You will be working very closely with the Directors - setting up next level processes & systems & building out the team as the business readies it self to scale up. There will be food development responsibilities with this role as the Directors look to drive the current food offering.
The business has at least 1 new opening already penned this year with more in the pipeline. We have been asked to put a search out for the very best high quality CPU Manager talent in London.
There is also a move mooted for their existing site to a larger space in Marylebone by the end of this year.
You must come from a production background & ideally have a good working understanding of high volume systems. The business prepares approx 100kg's of prep per day that are created up into a finished product.
This is not the norm. It is not just about leading. We are inviting applications from those with first class commercial skills in food development, an outstanding H & S & food safety track record & you must have worked in either busy single site fresh food CPU's or multi site restaurant business CPU's where there is a focus on healthy, on trend food. This is a very fast moving privately owned group so decisive decision making & a tenacious management style are a pre-requisite.
