Our highly established client within the Audio Electronics industry are seeking Production Technician's to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced candidate's within this field to progress further within their career.
Duties as a Production Technician:
- Read & understand engineering drawings to build electro-mechanical assemblies to a high standard
- Perform automated test of various PCBA's
- Carry out visual batch inspection and report any imperfections/issues
- To validate quality of assemblies, metalwork, components and PCBA's
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy workspace, adhering to all H&S regulations
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties from time to time if required
What's needed as a Production Technician:
- Previous experience in building from assembly instructions, electronic or mechanical assemblies to a high standard
- Previous experience with electronic assembly processes in a SME manufacturing environment
- Ability to read & understand technical mechanical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and high level of quality inspection understanding
- Previous experience & understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

This is being recruited on a Temp - Perm basis, with a contract being offered for the right candidate.
