Role of the Quality Analyst:
The Quality Analyst will play a key role in ensuring product quality, supporting process development, and performing laboratory analysis to maintain compliance and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a solid understanding of complex chemical processes and standards within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine testing of raw material, in-process, and final product samples

Job Summary:

- Experience: Some laboratory practical experience, either through a laboratory practical and research degree or through industry, is essential. Analytic Chemistry experience would be preferable but is not essential. Experience working in a laboratory in the industry would be preferable but not essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality testing methods, principles, and industry standards. Computer literate.
- Data Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and quality management software.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Bespak is looking for a Quality Analyst working in Quality Operations for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary range for this permanent onsite role is between £24k and £27k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance.
Shift Pattern - Days working 37.5 hours in a week. 7.75 hours Monday to Thursday with a flexible start time between 8am and 9:30 am. 6.5 hours on Friday with an expected finish at 3:45.
As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for testing and reporting laboratory activities to enable compliant, on time delivery of commercial finished products to the customer whilst adhering to GMP standards. Your contribution will be the regular completion of "on the bench" testing of a variety of exciting new product opportunities at Bespak. This includes Asthma and COPD Inhalers (MDIs) using new green propellant, as well as nasal spray products to treat a wide range of illnesses, including migraines and anxiety. You will be part of a team that aims to ensure these products reach commercial readiness.
