They are seeking a R&D Engineer who will support their ‘in development’ projects. This is a hands-on role where the individual will collaborate across all stakeholders, instigate, drive and own an array of projects for cold applied road/surface repair and reinstatement systems.
Responsibilities:
- Run product demos and client presentations related to Product Development li>Carrying out market research for development opportunities li>Carrying out competitive product analysis li>Sourcing product/solution options and partners li>Collaborating with labs & universities for development work li>Undertaking practical testing & prototyping of products
- Attending and supporting on-site testing li>Reporting on testing completed

Candidate Profile:
- Appropriate degree/post graduate degree in a subject relevant to industrial paints, chemicals or civil engineering materials.

Reporting To:

THE ROLE
Part of a small R&D team, developing new mechanical products for heating and cooling of buildings. From initial concept, you'll take full ownership of projects, through product design, manufacturing & production through to prototyping and testing.
