We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. Experience and skills required for this position:
- Demonstrate previous line management/leadership experience.
- Experience working in an e-commerce/warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of online retail processes.

- Have a genuine desire to help people and do good.
- Maintain a high level of integrity.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
