Location : London (Onsite, not hybrid)

Salary : £75k with significant equity options

We’re working with a cutting-edge tech startup that’s redefining how creators interact with AI. Backed by top-tier investors and founded by ex-Meta, Google, and Amazon talent, they’re building next-generation workflow tools that empower creatives to design stories, videos, 3D assets, and beyond — all through the power of AI.

The Role

As Senior UI/UX Product Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design of complex, intelligent web applications — balancing intuitive interfaces with technical sophistication. You’ll work closely with the founding team (CEO, CTO, and Product Lead) to design seamless user experiences that make advanced AI orchestration accessible and empowering.

You’ll play a pivotal role in defining the company’s design language, shaping workflows, and laying the groundwork for a future design team and culture.

  • Full creative ownership and influence over product direction
  • Direct collaboration with the founding team
  • The chance to define the design vision and culture of a company at the cutting edge of AI
