**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Supporting the team during the month end by preparing and uploading journals. Raising intercompany transactions.
+ Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards, reconcile and solve any issues relating to month end sales.
+ Prepare transaction register summary reports as well as prepare and distribute FX rates.
+ Reconcile bank transactions, prepare and submit VAT returns.
+ Updating price requests and maintain customer database, support annual audit and other financial professionals in their duties as needed.
