Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule daily vehicle movements for Day 1 to Day 2 operations
  • Manage and support a fleet of drivers throughout the day
  • Communicate effectively with ports and other stakeholders
  • Book delivery slots and ensure accurate port entry scheduling
  • Use the TOPS transport management system to input driver start/finish times and job details
  • Monitor live operations, chase ETAs, and reroute jobs when required

The Role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule deliveries and collections, optimising routes for cost and time efficiency.
