Job Description
We’re a pan-European digital wealth manager with 130,000 active investors (growing fast!) and over €5 billion invested on our platform. With 220+ people across 4 offices in Italy and the UK, we’re supported and funded by Poste Italiane, Cabot Square Capital, United Ventures and Allianz. We started in 2011 in Milan with a simple vision - to help more people improve their financial well-being by making personal investing straightforward and accessible through technology. Fast forward a few years, and we’re known as one of the most innovative fintechs headquartered in the heart of London.
Mission
To provide investment solutions and advice to protect and grow client wealth through time.
Our Core Values:
We’ve built our business on three Principles:
- Relationships are our first asset: We’re one team, built on trust, honesty and transparency. We value our relationships above all else.
- Trust drives success: We give each other the space to grow. We empower our employees to succeed, so they can make a real impact.
- Our customers dream big, just like us: We see the bigger picture and we make sure our customers see it, too. We’re always focused on the best outcomes for our clients and for each other, no matter what the goal, or how big the dream
What this means in practice:
At Moneyfarm, diversity is the foundation of our competitive advantage. We value our employees for who they are – their backgrounds, experiences, talents, knowledge and individual differences. This is what makes us better at what we do. To accommodate our different needs and commitments, we offer flexible working to all. Our individual impact and output is what counts most.
About the role:
We're looking for a Qualified Wealth Manager (level 4 IAD, or equivalent) to join our dedicated Advisory Team focused on the Premium & private Segment (customers with investment of £100k +). In this role, you'll be part of a team of advisors responsible for providing guidance and building strong relationships with our premium clients, all through remote channels like telephone, video call, chat, and email. Your main goal will be to accompany clients throughout their investment journey, helping them to navigate their financial decisions effectively. You will also be conducting portfolio reviews and using cashflow modelling tools to build plans and help your customers make sense of the financial plans and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be part of the Premium & Private Advisory Team, responsible for collaboratively managing and growing the assets of our clients. This involves actively engaging with both new and existing clients through email, phone, and video calls to nurture their portfolios and ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience.
- Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact.
- Act proactively to engage with the client base and achieve agreed-upon targets while maintaining high quality.
- Keep the CRM database (Salesforce) up to date with all client contact.
- Use cashflow modelling tool Cashcalc to prepare cashflows for your clients.
- Conducting portfolio reviews, analysing performance, taking into account the asset breakdown and diversification given the selected level of risk.
As you grow in seniority within the team, further responsibilities are:
- Work closely with other departments on additional projects to help improve overall client experience.
- Involvement in content and other business projects within Moneyfarm.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree.
- Must have a Level 4 qualification IAD with CISI, CII or equivalent.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a financial services company, either as an adviser or working in a paraplanning role.
- Strong interest in commercial activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, strong customer orientation attitude.
Benefits
- Health Insurance, Wellness plan
- Fee free investments on Moneyfarm platform
- Incentive scheme
