We’re hiring an Engagement Manager to lead AWS consultants, partner, and client teams. Engagement Managers, manage and deliver AWS cloud products and services that enable our customers to realize their business objectives. These professional services engagements focus on the full platform of AWS customer solutions to help our customers and partners remove constraints and accelerate their journey to AWS.
AWS Professional Services engage in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing collective AWS customer experience, best practices, and obsessing about strong success for the Customer. Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product, service, and training teams, to deliver the right solutions and drive feature innovations for our customers across all industries. Engagement Managers help Customers make decisions to meet their technical and business objectives by providing best practices, proactively identifying and closing project gaps.

- Relevant industry experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning activities using Primavera P6 for large-scale construction projects.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with project controls and planning teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and schedules are achievable.
- Provide ongoing support to Program and Project Managers, offering insights on schedule performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on critical path activities, key milestones, and any variances from the project plan.
- Ensure data is accurately inputted into project systems, providing detailed and actionable reports to stakeholders.
- Evaluate new project proposals to establish realistic and achievable timelines for successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience of (WBS) Work Breakdown Structures.
- Good Primavera (P6), MS Project and MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of integrated project controls, and the ability to assess project performance and maturity.
- Experience planning projects of varying levels of complexity and in different stages of the Project Lifecycle.
- Ability to constructively challenge the project performance and data with the IPT to ensure the project plans and schedules reflect reality and mitigate risk to the business.
- Minimum 1 years construction planning experience.
