We are looking for a skilled Asbestos Analyst to join our Asbestos Engineering Services Laboratory team in Cornwall. The role is primarily analyst-based, with the opportunity to take on a dual role as an Analyst/Surveyor for candidates holding the relevant qualifications.
You'll work across Cornwall and the South West, providing high-quality asbestos testing, air monitoring, and consultancy services for a wide client base including local authorities, housing providers, and private companies.
Responsibilities- Conduct air monitoring and fibre counting in accordance with HSE guidance (HSG248)
- Carry out four-stage clearance procedures and produce accurate, timely reports
- Support clients with compliance advice and recommendations

You will be responsible for producing high-quality reports, dashboards, and insights to inform service reviews, incident trends, change success rates, SLA adherence, and control compliance.
