The Role:

As part of our expansion, Vixio is seeking a Technical Compliance Analyst to work on the development of our forthcoming technical compliance solution. You will be an established gambling industry professional with a clear understanding of the challenges involved in navigating contrasting regulations and technical standards applicable to online gambling operators and/or suppliers in different jurisdictions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Producing accurate analysis of technical compliance requirements across multiple regulated gambling jurisdictions
• Monitoring regulatory authorities for release of updated rules and standards
• Applying subject matter expertise on technical compliance requirements to ensure appropriate depth and breadth of information within Vixio’s solution, making recommendations for future enhancements
• Providing guidance to Vixio legal analysts regarding technical compliance requirements applicable to online gambling operators and suppliers
• Peer reviewing reports on technical compliance requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
• Serving as a point of contact to clarify technical compliance requirements with regulatory authorities in applicable jurisdictions

Your Profile:

• Experience working in a compliance role at a regulated gambling operator or technology provider
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and classify complex regulations and technical standards
• Solid understanding of the igaming industry including knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ITSM Service & Reporting Analyst to support our IT Service Management (ITSM) operations through performance monitoring, reporting, and metrics analysis. This role is instrumental in driving service quality, regulatory compliance, and operational transparency across our IT estate, with a particular focus on business-critical systems in a regulated financial services environment .

You will be responsible for producing high-quality reports, dashboards, and insights to inform service reviews, incident trends, change success rates, SLA adherence, and control compliance. You will work closely with Service Owners, IT Operations, Risk & Compliance, and senior stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, meaningful, and actionable.

• Service Reporting & Analytics: Develop, maintain, and distribute service performance reports across Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Fulfilment processes.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs , ensuring accurate reflection of service health and operational commitments.
• Build and enhance dashboards and visualizations using reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, ServiceNow Performance Analytics , or similar.
• Track and analyze trends in service delivery to identify recurring issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support service reviews with actionable insights and support preparation for senior IT and business stakeholder meetings .

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data captured within the ITSM platform (e.g., ServiceNow) .
• Validate and reconcile data for regulatory and audit reporting , including compliance with frameworks such as PCI DSS, DORA, ACPR and GDPR.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of control evidence and audit response materials related to ITSM process adherence.

• Support process owners (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem) with ad-hoc reporting, metrics tracking, and trend analysis .
• Participate in post-incident reviews , change reviews, and service improvement initiatives by providing relevant metrics and commentary.
• Contribute to continual service improvement (CSI) activities by identifying performance bottlenecks or process inefficiencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Service Management reporting, operations, or service analytics .
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework ; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Proficiency with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy , or Jira Service Management.

An experienced controls testing analyst who can validation test a prioritized set of IT and IS controls throughan enquiry with a control owner/representative. The control testing analyst will arrange Microsoft Teams-based walk-through meetings with control representatives to undertake the test, asking probing questions to determine if the control activity is being performed satisfactorily and can be evidenced. The control testing analyst will:

• Schedule walk through meetings
• Prompt for and read supporting process/activity documents/websites beforehand
• Perform testing – enquiry method
• Ask the control representative to explain the control activities, processes and operational evidence, along with supporting documentation / websites
• Take notes and screenprints in evidence
• Make the assessment – document the test result
• Determine if the control is adequately designed, effectively operated (risk is managed)
• Write up finding in a templated Word document, plus evidence (screenshots, URLs, …)
• Update the Excel test plan tracker with results
• Notify management and the control representative of the test outcome
