Get out what you put in
Leading in the area of care development, you will have at least 4 years’ experience of working in Children's Homes with a track record of change management and role development. Ideally you will have experience of coaching, safeguarding, mentoring and have a good understanding of Ofsted inspections in Children's Homes . As you’ll be visiting Children's homes nationwide, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel.

- Desirable - Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- Professional qualification at Level 3 “Working with Children and Young People” (or equivalent)
- At least 4 years’ experience in a children’s home setting at a senior level within the last three years
- A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months
