Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for an EHCP Annual Review Lead to join our Slough and Langley college team on a full-time, permanent basis over 38 weeks, including term-time. The role pays from J26 28,248.30 up to J29 30,584.00 (Full-time Equivalent being J26 33,115.00 up to J29 35,853.00), which will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
EHCP Annual Review Lead
We are seeking a dedicated and organised EHCP Annual Review Lead to facilitate annual review meetings for students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) at WFCG. The role involves ensuring that the review process is well-coordinated, student-centred, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. The role will work closely with students, parents/carers, teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure that all necessary information is gathered, reviewed, and acted upon to enhance student outcomes.

Instead of endless hours of driving, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our streets moving – removing and clamping vehicles in line with contract guidelines and issuing Penalty Charge Notices where needed, keeping you close to home and without thousands of miles of driving each year. What you’ll do:
- Safely clamp and remove vehicles in line with contract guidelines

- Provide excellent customer service, often in challenging situations
- Work 37/40 hours per week, with flexibility for additional overtime if desired
What we’re looking for:
- A full UK Driving Licence C (Class 2 HGV)
- Valid Driver Tachograph Card
- CPC Card (DQC)
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and polite in demanding circumstances
- Good written and spoken English, with strong communication skills
- PC literacy and ability to complete reports accurately
- A flexible approach and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Working within our Control Team you will have the key role of ensuring the timely and accurate recording of our inbound mail and associated tasks.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and to work with others as appropriate.
The successful candidates will:
- Assist with the incoming and outgoing post including;
- Be responsible for post opening and distribution.
- Carry out scanning and indexing of incoming post
- Monitor and index any incoming emails imported into the database that cannot be auto indexed.
- Download and index documents from third parties into our database
- Monitor incoming electronic claim forms and index into our database
- To ensure a full working knowledge of relevant legislation, General data protection
