We're looking to understand how you think, how you bounce back, and how you solve problems, all really important skills in recruitment and in any job.

Tell us about any team or group activities that you do because working well with others is a big part of recruitment - and most jobs in general.

It doesn't have to be work related. You could talk about sports teams, school projects, music groups, volunteering, clubs, or even gaming with friends , anything where you work towards a goal with others.

We want to see how you communicate, support your team, and get involved - all great skills that help you succeed in a workplace.

2 - Phone call - If you are shortlisted we'll call you for a brief chat on the phone. There's no need to be nervous , but as so much of our work is done by phone we need to know that you'll be comfortable with that.

We will also discuss how you plan to get to the office location so it would be good for you to check that before you apply our address is:

Unit 2.04b HERE, 470 Bath Road, Bristol, BS4 3AP

3 - Interview - then you'll come in to meet the Director(s) and team that you'll be working with if successful. Our apprenticeship interview is a friendly and relaxed conversation where we get to know you better, no trick questions or pressure. We'll talk about things like:

  • Why you're interested in the role and in recruitment
  • What you enjoy doing, at school or outside of it
  • Any team activities, hobbies, or challenges you've worked through
  • What kind of environment helps you learn and do your best
  • Your communication skills and how comfortable you are talking to people

We're not expecting loads of experience - we just want to see your potential, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

If you're enthusiastic, curious, and ready to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply now and start your journey with a team that will support you every step of the way.
