Role Overview
As a Product Manager on the Global Open Banking Network Services product team, you will deliver on our open banking platform strategy through various product development initiatives that support our customer portal approach and roadmap globally. This includes product management across:
1. The Developer Portal for technical onboarding and API support
2. he Client Portal for post-integration customer access and operations
3. The Consumer Portal for data-sharing transparency, consent management, and disputes
In this role, you will:
• L ad the global portal product strategy and execution across Developer, Client, and Consumer personas.
• D ive integration and alignment with existing portal roadmaps globally, assessing & prioritizing initiatives to support our global platform strategy.
• P rtner with UX and design teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and localized experiences across all portal types.
• C llaborate with engineering and Platform Services to integrate portal functionality with underlying systems such as billing, access management, onboarding workflows, authentication, and reporting.
• D fine and manage product initiatives, epics, and user stories in Aha! and Jira; prioritize portal backlogs based on regional needs and global roadmap.
• E gage with regional product managers and customer-facing teams to gather requirements and align on market-specific features.
• E sure governance across portal development—covering accessibility, translation, branding, and regulatory approval processes.
• Con inuously monitor portal performance, adoption, and user behavior to drive ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• P oduct Manager experience with a demonstrated ability to define a product roadmap, document requirements, and define/ monitor KPIs.
• E perience in Open Banking, platform-based financial services, SaaS platforms, or leading complex, multi-portal ecosystems; global experience a strong plus.
• A ility to evaluate existing products for scalability and use, making informed trade-off decisions between adapting existing solutions or building new.
• D monstrated success in building relationships across cross-functional teams and working independently in fast-paced environments.
• S rong stakeholder management, written, and verbal skills, including the ability to present ideas and influence effectively to diverse audiences.

Your Role
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Supporting the delivery of our AI, Data Science and Analytics projects and working closely with your colleagues, ensure Client expectations are met at all stages.
- Inspiring our clients on exploiting the potential of Gen AI, data science and analytics in their businesses through demonstrations
- Developing and deploying new skills in the fields of AI, Data Science and Analytics, with support from your colleagues, to ensure that current methods are used where appropriate.

Your Profile
- Experience in working within the fields of AI, Data Science and Analytics, with a proven track record of successfully delivered work across the ML lifecycle and a strong foundation in statistical modelling, natural language processing, time-series analysis, spatial analysis, and mathematical modelling methodologies.
- Keen to demonstrate the potential that Gen AI has to offer to unlock business value.
- A desire to provide solutions to the real-world issues and challenges with data that our clients face regularly. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience in enabling clients to better understand and derive better value and insights from their data.
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background with a proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Architectural and/or feature knowledge of one or more of the listed Data and AI Platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Databricks. Experience in one or more of the listed Languages or Packages: Python, R, Pyspark, Scala, PowerBI, Tableau.

An overview of the role:
Your role will be to support our Government clients in their development of business cases for some of the largest digital and strategic transformation programmes in the Public Sector. To support our clients in delivering these programmes, you will quantify and describe benefits, provide financial analysis, develop options for delivery and design and write compelling cases for change using HM Treasury ‘5 case model’ approach. You will advise clients on their existing business cases and support the generating of content to deliver compelling business cases and support delivery of their programmes.
