Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial and technical advice, support, and assistance to service and team managers.
- Prepare costings and financial information to support budget planning , service development, and resource management.
- Support the revenue budget monitoring process , ensuring effective budgetary control.
- Produce and present financial reports at various management levels.
- Work flexibly to meet peaks in workload, attend evening meetings, and provide team cover when required.
- Deputise for the Finance Manager in meetings and manage the team during their absence.

The role will support a local authority with the end-to-end development of innovative products, from initial concept through launch and iteration.
About the role:
Based in the Central London (1 day per week (or 4 days per month) on site):
- Define product strategy, prioritise features, and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
- Be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the full product life cycle.
- Gather and prioritise product and user requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with other teams to ensure budget constraints and user needs are met.
