- arry out general building repairs and maintenance tasks
- Complete additional tasks within your skillset to ensure effective service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
- Work efficiently and to a high standard, aiming for ‘right first time’ results
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Collaborate with colleagues across the team to deliver outstanding service
What we’re looking for:
- < i>Experience in bricklaying and general building works, including repairs and maintenance in domestic and commercial settings li>A City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 certificate in bricklaying or equivalent qualification < i>Ideally, multi-skilled experience in areas such as plastering, basic plumbing, and painting < i>A full driving licence, due to the nature of the role
