**What are T Levels?**
T Levels follow GCSEs and will be equivalent to three A levels. These two-year courses have been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses, so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares students for work. T Levels offer students a mixture of classroom learning and 'on-the-job' experience during an industry placement of at least 45 days. They provide the knowledge and experience needed to open the door into skilled employment, further study or a higher apprenticeship.
**The Role**
The T Level Examiner role is an excellent opportunity to earn some extra money in a part-time role, alongside any full-time commitments you may have, whilst also developing your career in education. T-Level Examiners mark candidate responses in accordance with a pre-defined mark scheme, whilst adhering to the Code of Practice and published examination procedures. Assessments will be marked either onscreen using ePEN, which can be completed from home, or by the traditional method, using paper scripts sent through the post. A high level of contemporary subject knowledge is necessary in order to apply the mark scheme. Each examiner will receive an agreed allocation of scripts. Immediate Start
Project manager with relevant Broadcast Sector experience with Post Production Workflow and / Post Production Technology experience/Knowledge. This is an Urgent fast paced project requiring someone to start at short notice (immediate start or within 1-2 Weeks notice). It is a technology and change project which will involve moving key post production and data workflows to a new system in a short period of time. The right person will need the ability to get up to speed quickly and work confidently with people to get decisions made while maintaining good relationships with Engineering, Creative teams and current and target Post Production Vendors/suppliers.
Broadcast Media Client based in West London - looking for someone nearly full time (ideally 4 days a week) in the first phase of the project which will be for approximately 3 months, then reducing to part time for the remainder of the project, a further 3 months (approx 2 days a week).
The person
* Experienced at project management and change management within the broadcast media / post production sector (Delivering media Technology projects along with managing/preparing for the resulting change)
* Strong Project Manager with some Business Analysis skills to be able to gather information and document clearly (This is not a BA role - Project management and Change Management is most important)
* Good experience of post production, creative flows, MAM workflows and data,
* Good Experience of working with Creative and Technology teams
* Can work at pace and get up to speed quickly with the teams and the technology
* Can manage a project team and work with a 3rd party vendor
* Can work in detail and give senior stakeholders clear status reports and information to make decisions
* Can work in West London office approx 1-2 days a week and attend meetings in person
Although we are looking for someone to drive this project forward and be really on it, we need someone with great communication skills and collaboration skills who can keep work well with the small technology Engineering teams, new vendor, and help the Creative teams make a comfortable operational transition to the new post production technology and workflows.
