The brand's channels are at the cutting edge of gaming social, so we need a true TikTok native who’s on the pulse of what matters to gaming audiences online – as knowledgeable about the social trends shaping their feeds as the gaming conversations on their minds.
This person needs to be a hands-on content creator with a Swiss army knife of skillsets: excited about ideating ideas big and small, turning images into memes, filming and editing hilarious TikToks, writing sharp captions, and capturing BTS, as well as comfortable working directly with clients.

- Ideating at speed, turning thoughts into concepts into social posts – which genuinely matter to our gaming-obsessed audiences.
- Pulling clips and moments from games/trailers and turning them into witty/sharp/funny social posts.
- Finding and providing gaming community, industry and social insights to drive creative relevance.
- Levelling up the social presence for some of the most culturally relevant, exciting games in the world.
- Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions.
- Supporting the Senior Content Creator and Senior Social Media Manager with other social listening, insights and creative ideation.
- Creating design briefs and working with internal videographers/designers to deliver a steady drumbeat of exceptional, social-first video content.
- Contribute to the daily newsroom within the department.
What Else Are We Looking For?
- An energetic and innovative social creator, either from a content creator or creative background, with experience in creating fast-paced social content for brands.
- This person lives for the FYP and viral memes. They’re fully immersed in gaming content and communities on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and beyond, as well as everything else bubbling up online.
- Have a TikTok/Reels-first mindset when it comes to social, getting as excited by low-fi internet-y content as they are by bigger creative concepts. Nothing would excite them more than that love for gaming culture into a job, making fast-paced, unfiltered content.
- Being comfortable in front of a camera is also a plus.
