Our client are a small very successful and reputable business in Guildford. They have a quality fresh service and a strong family culture - currently with an exciting opportunity to recruit a new chef within the team.
The business turns over circa - £1million a year- there is a chef team of 3-4 generally in the kitchen.
The role caters for the Deli side of the café and has a hot menu of well presented fresh home cooked dishes with weekly specials in a soup and hot dish of the day.
There will be an element of baking for the popular morning breakfast rush.
Responsibilities
The client is looking for a chef that will bring strong management and efficiency to the present kitchen/ to run the kitchen efficiently as their own. A chef with a strong motivation for food and excelling in terms of plate presentation would be a preference.
Hours and Benefits

44hr Contract - Hours ranging from 6-3 or 7-5pm dependent on the season.
Weekend Work will be required
