The Brand & Content Marketing Lead will be responsible for brand strategy, campaigns and delivery, content marketing and strategic communications.



Core responsibilities

Brand and Content Strategy

  • Create and own the brand strategy and architecture for Arbor and its suite of products
  • Shape and manage brand and content KPIs

  • Work with your team  to make sure social media messaging and outbound campaigns align
  • Partner with our Events Manager and Go-to-Market SLT to make sure all Arbor events are well branded and high converting

Strategic Comms and Marketing

  • Partner with SLT at Arbor and The Key Group to evolve our brands and positioning for new markets and investors
  • Manage M&A comms internally and externally
  • Work with our PR agency to manage crisis and proactive PR campaigns (e.g. MAT procurement)
  • Work closely with major strategic partners - Google, AWS and Snowflake - to make the most of development funds and brand association

Team, Reporting and ROI

  • Be a member of the Strategy SLT, making sure the whole team is working well together and is on track
  • Manage a team of 2 x FTE, ensuring they are equipped to meet their KPIs/goals and to develop in their career
  • Manage the budget for Brand and Content Marketing activity, reporting on ROI and ensuring value vs quality remains balanced
  • Feedback on your team’s work, helping them to achieve the best possible results

We’re looking for: Content Marketing Manager

The Role:

In the fast moving cryptocurrency industry, content is key to education and adoption. Bitfinex stands as one of the oldest crypto platforms in a highly innovative environment. As an institutional and professional exchange with large and more sophisticated investors, the Content Marketing Manager must be able to speak their language, and write on topics, markets, new initiatives and developments in the style that reflects the Bitfinex brand and the mindset of our customers.

We are looking for a sharp, engaged and knowledgeable individual who can write well, succinctly and to deadlines and meet all our content needs.

He/She should be alert to the crypto newsflow, be able to suggest content ideas and produce well-sourced, editorial content that educates and informs. The right candidate will also be involved in editing Bitfinex Alpha, our flagship research product, written by a team of traders and analysts who are immersed in the markets.

He/She will be a major contributor to the Bitfinex blog and lead educational initiatives with our partners and the listed projects on the exchange. He/she will also be responsible for promoting research and trading ideas in other forums to ensure greater recognition of Bitfinex’s thought leadership, and be able to promote Bitfinex exchange products as well as products of Bitfinex Securities.

The role will suit someone who can both absorb information, take direction and execute but who also has the interest and passion to communicate ideas and suggest topics for new content.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.

  • Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives 

  • This role requires a brand publisher mindset: to create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion

  • Editorial requirements include SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.

  • Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed.

  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. Good understanding of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why

  • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis

  • Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other external agency relations

  • Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand demand.

  • Executive presentations on the program approaches and present the results.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience

  • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience

  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it

  • Ability to analyze and report on content and social performance

  • Experience with wordpress, Google analytics, and the top social channels

  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales

**Title: Content Marketing Lead (15 month FTC) - London**
**Location: London, United Kingdom**

**Role Purpose**
The Content Marketing Lead will provide strategic leadership of CBRE's Content function across the UK and Europe. The role's key focus is to deliver engaging and impactful content and activation plans across channels. The position will be split between CBRE's UK and pan European research outputs and thematic content to support central marketing campaigns.
This multifaceted, senior-level role is responsible for setting and executing content strategy; overseeing content pipeline, activation and performance; leading digital content transformation; and managing a direct report. It requires strong stakeholder management and a deep understanding of editorial strategy, content management, cross-platform marketing, creative development, website optimisation and analytics.

**What you will be doing:**
Leadership, Management & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Provide strategic leadership across the Content function, ensuring delivery of impactful content aligned with business priorities and themes
+ Work closely with the Global Content Marketing team to ensure consistency of strategy, outputs, activation model and measurement, leveraging global best practice
+ Line manage Content Marketing Manager, supporting their professional development, workload prioritisation, and performance objectives
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships and alignment with senior stakeholders, including Head of Research UK&I and CE, Head of Marketing UK&I and Head of Communications UK&I and CE
+ Represent the UK in global content forums, aligning local activity with global initiatives
+ Drive knowledge sharing and upskilling to help position the UK as a centre of excellence in content marketing
Content Strategy & Planning
+ Define and lead the content strategy for the UK and support European markets in partnership with Research and Marketing stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives, themes, flagship research reports and integrated marketing campaigns
+ Oversee the content calendar, editorial pipeline and resource planning to support flagship outputs, priority campaigns and research publishing cycles
+ Direct the phased implementation of the global content framework initiative, in close collaboration with the Global Content team and regional stakeholders
+ Work with stakeholders across the wider Marketing and Communications team to agree deliverables for the research and manage the overall project plan
Content Development & Activation
+ Direct the development of high-quality, insight-led content across multiple formats including articles, video, digital tools, reports, and animations
+ Oversee copy editing, quality control and content governance to maintain consistency, tone, and brand integrity across all platforms and channels
+ Collaborate with the Communications, Events and Digital teams to create innovative and market-leading activation strategies across platforms
+ Elevate the presence and impact of content across digital platforms and AI tools
Digital Content & Website Management
+ Contribute to homepage content and Insights & Research landing pages to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion
+ Collaborate with internal Digital, UX, and Development teams, as well as the Design team, to optimise content delivery, performance and site functionality
+ Ensure digital content aligns with SEO strategy, best practice, user intent, and business objectives, and reflects the expectations of key audiences
Performance Reporting & Measurement
+ Monitor content performance and continually refine content for improved discoverability, engagement, and ROI
+ Oversee the roll out and implementation of the Prism content analytics platform, including workshops with key stakeholders
+ Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to the UK and European leadership teams, and oversee implementation of optimization plans
