What's the opportunity?

You'll support the Delivery Driver in loading and unloading our furniture and deliver it into our customer's homes.

Previous furniture delivery experience can be a benefit, but we find personality and the ability to learn new skills more important.

What does the role involve?
  • Carefully deliver and install furniture in customers' homes
  • Support the Delivery Driver with making sure the delivery schedule is followed. You'd be making multiple drops daily.
  • Work as part of a wider distribution centre team in helping to load and unload furniture onto our vehicles
  • Providing a brilliant service to our customers and encouraging their feedback
  • Making sure the team is safe by carrying out quality checks
  • Heavy lifting
  • Work 46 hours over 4 days with every Sunday off

All Team

Guest Experience

The main focus for Flight Crew is to ensure that all our guests have a great time and a safe time. Praise, support, encourage and look after our guests. Laugh with them. High Five them. Keep them safe

  • For our younger guests, tell their mums and dads and grandparents what they've done.
  • Let guests know of our offers.
  • Always providing the best guest experience, so that guests return again.
  • Ensuring all guests have a relaxed and enjoyable day that they will tell all their friends and family about.
  • Ensuring that every guest that enters our parks immediately feels the welcoming atmosphere.
  • You must ensure that the park and site are always clean, smell nice and are well maintained.

Front Desk Crew

How our guests are welcomed and served in the first few minutes of entering the park is crucial. To this end, you welcome them with a smile and help to create a warm and friendly introduction for them into the park. You will also need to work at the most efficient pace to help create the fun atmosphere that we want our guests to experience.

  • Greeting guests and welcoming them to our facility. This is to be done immediately upon guests entering our parks, the first thing they must see is a happy smiley face.
  • Guiding guests through the initial Risk Acknowledgement and safety process
  • Ensuring correct sign-in procedures are strictly followed each time, i.e. Verifying guest names, Risk Acknowledgement status, age and jump times then processing flight ticket transactions within the POS software. This is a non-negotiable item and must be done 100% correct every time.
  • Giving Safety Briefings.
  • Processing large group and birthday party transactions.
  • Answering the phones and being fully informative.
  • Dealing with guest's queries.
  • Ensuring that our auto-attendant system is making proper call-offs.
  • Stocking and taking inventory on socks, wristbands, hats, shirts, promo items, etc.
  • Performing janitorial services as needed for Toilets, Front Desk/Entry area, Arena and external grounds.
  • Taking credit/debit card payments over the phone and booking in.
  • Assisting in all other positions as and when required.
  • Giving 100% attention when handling cash to ensure no errors.

Arena Crew Members

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that guests are having a great time and a safe time and that the park, always, is presentable for our guests.
  • Treat all guests as if they were your own guests.
  • Promoting a fun and safe jumping environment for guests.
  • Working together to educate guests on the safest jumping practices by reminding guests of the Park Rules.
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to assist in injury prevention in regard to trampoline equipment, guest actions, following of park rules and assuring decking is clear from food, drinks, spills, and other loose items.
  • Verifying colour of wristbands times for entry and exit of everyone.
  • Minimising potential injury by proactively scanning the trampoline area.
  • Managing and assisting injured guests by utilising other crew members, radio head-sets, first aid kits, ice packs, bandages and protecting injured guests from others during moments of trauma whilst asking suitable questions in order to create a plan of action.
  • Organizing Dodge-ball games, assisting with Trapeze (if applicable ), and any other attraction as needed.
  • Disinfecting and cleaning the Arena on a daily basis.

Party Hosts

The most important thing to remember here is that this is a little boy or girl's birthday We have to do everything possible to make it special for them AND we need to make it as enjoyable and stress-free an experience as possible for their parents. If the kids have a good time that's great but we also need to make sure the parents have a great time also.

  • Hosting Parties and large group events.
  • Ensuring that the party organiser is assisted from the minute they walk in to the minute they leave.
  • Ensuring that the party organiser has a stress-free time and the children have a great fun time.
  • Ensuring the party room is clean and ready for the party organiser for their scheduled time.
  • Following the party procedure at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience 

  • Create an engaging customer relationship, through sharing genuine experience, personal interests and adventure.
  • To understand and communicate our POD within our product range authentically through own experience and technical knowledge.
  • Openness and honesty in all situations and to take appropriate actions where necessary to ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Build a loyal customer base and positive relationships throughout the Finisterre community, champion your store as a community hub both within our own events and externally.
  • Commercial
  • Contribute to the commercial success of the store through delivering sale targets and KPI’s. Rising to the challenging targets, embracing change and walking through the door with a positive attitude.
  • Exceed customers’ expectations and maximise sales potential through our multi-channel offer effectively.
  • Contribute to the timely execution of all launches, promotions and campaigns in store.

Operations

  • Optimise conversion through ensuring that visual merchandising and presentation guidelines are followed at all times.
  • Maintaining high security through service, shop floor awareness and ensuring all security measures are adhered to.
  • Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping throughout the store and back of house.
  • Ensure that the shop floor is always fully stocked through effective use of our replenishment systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations, always seeking better more efficient practices and feeding back to store managers on potential changes.

People

  • Actively participate in the team by helping others and building positive relationships throughout the store.
